How long does a project take?
Most interior formatting projects are completed in 3 - 5 business days. Cover design typically takes 4 - 7 business days. Rush turnaround (24 - 48 hours) is available for an additional fee - just mention it in your inquiry.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds are included within the approved project scope. Extra revisions, major direction changes, or new deliverables are quoted separately before we continue.
What format should I send my manuscript in?
We accept Microsoft Word (.docx), Google Docs (exported as .docx), or plain text files. Don't worry about formatting it perfectly - that's our job. Just make sure the content is proofread and final.
Do you provide the print-ready PDF?
Yes. Every project includes a press-ready PDF with correct bleed, margins, and embedded fonts - ready to upload directly to KDP, IngramSpark, or your chosen print platform. Source files are included after full payment.
How do I pay?
We accept Payoneer, bank transfer, and Upwork. A 50% deposit is required to start, with the remainder due before or on final delivery. First-time clients who want extra platform protection can start eligible projects through Upwork.
Can I see samples of your interior formatting?
Absolutely. Just ask on WhatsApp or in your inquiry form and we'll send you sample pages from projects in your genre. We have samples for fiction, non-fiction, workbooks, and more.
