Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Literary Lab may collect through this website, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy-related questions.

Who Is Responsible

Literary Lab Studio is a trading name used by Muhammad Jari Abbas Jafri, based in Karachi, Pakistan. Business registration is in progress. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@literarylabstudio.com.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details you submit through forms, email links, WhatsApp, or direct inquiries, including your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, manuscript details, project requirements, and any files or notes you voluntarily send.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess project scope, prepare quotes or readiness reviews, coordinate services, deliver client work, maintain project records, prevent abuse, and handle necessary business communication.

Manuscript Confidentiality

Client manuscripts and project files are treated as confidential materials. We do not sell them, publish them, reuse them for other clients, or use them to train AI systems. Files are shared only as needed to complete the agreed project or when the client approves sharing.

How Long Data Is Kept

Project manuscripts are deleted from our side or returned to the client after the project is complete. Inquiry and project communication records may be kept for up to 24 months for follow-up, business reference, dispute handling, or legal compliance unless a longer period is required by law.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare, GitHub, Brevo, Google/Gmail, WhatsApp, payment providers, and publishing platforms may process information when they are used for hosting, deployment, email delivery, messaging, payment, or client-requested publishing support. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Your Requests

You may ask to access, correct, receive a copy of, restrict, object to, or request deletion of personal information where applicable. Contact hello@literarylabstudio.com; we aim to respond within 30 days where reasonably possible.
