These terms govern use of the Literary Lab Studio website and the general conditions under which project inquiries, scope confirmation, and digital services are handled.
Literary Lab Studio is a trading name used by Muhammad Jari Abbas Jafri, based in Karachi, Pakistan. Business registration is currently in progress; until registration is completed, projects are handled by Muhammad Jari Abbas Jafri trading as Literary Lab Studio.
Pricing shown on the site is general offer positioning and may depend on manuscript condition, complexity, image count, layout difficulty, and delivery requirements. Final scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing before project work starts.
A 50% deposit is required to start a project unless another written arrangement is agreed. Payment may be handled through Payoneer, bank transfer, or Upwork depending on the confirmed scope. Two revision rounds are included within the approved scope. Extra revision rounds, major direction changes, or new requested deliverables may be charged separately.
Clients are responsible for having the necessary rights to manuscripts, images, fonts, and other content they provide. Manuscripts and client files are treated as confidential project materials and are not reused, sold, published, or used to train AI systems.
After full payment is received, the client receives full commercial rights to the final approved deliverables and the included source files. Third-party fonts, stock images, software, or platform assets remain subject to their own license terms.
We prepare files based on stated platform specifications, but platform review outcomes can also depend on metadata choices, account settings, third-party assets, trim selections, and changes made after delivery. Literary Lab Studio does not guarantee publishing approval, sales, rankings, reviews, or platform decisions outside the agreed production scope.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan unless another written agreement applies. If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to resolve it by email within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be handled through the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan. Questions can be sent to hello@literarylabstudio.com.
